Inspired visually by painter Edward Hopper and narratively by those passing and brief moments we turn quietly inward, these images are mostly constructed on the spot with friends or strangers.
Personal Interiority is an ongoing series of images made in observation of those moments when we leave our present activity and turn inward. We are still present but it is a diverted presence. As the images are mostly constructed they are in part my own invention. A quiet, invented moment of escape, insulation, silent thought.
